Muay Thai Kickboxing, also known as Thai Boxing, Muay Thai, or simply Kickboxing, is the national sport of Thailand. It’s also well known as being one of the best sports for physical conditioning.
Muay Thai Kickboxing (MTKB) is the core of our program—It’s a great way to get in shape while learning fundamental offensive and self-defense skills.
Students learn an array of striking techniques—including kicking, punching, elbow and knee strikes—as well as defense and clinching. Our classes also emphasize cardiovascular conditioning, timing, and body mechanics
Our MTKB program will challenge your strength and endurance, helping you to build strong, lean muscle. (You can burn 500-800 calories in a single one-hour Kickboxing workout.)
