The Mixed Martial Arts program is a great blend of stand-up and ground fighting. Improve your fitness, self-discipline, coordination and self-defense capability while you relieve stress in these fun and high-energy classes.
Our curriculum covers 4 arts; Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling. Blending these arts has proven to be a formidable combination, as often shown in MMA and UFC competitions. And this same combination will help you develop as well! As these different arts mix an explosion of technique and training method develops. In time and after a student develops competency in each area they will naturally gravitate towards a specialty that fits their body type, training time, personality, life experience, etc.
This program is available to both youth and adult members. Conditioning, training and fitness are paramount. Competition is an option not a requirement.
