MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

One of the main arts we teach at Leading Edge is Muay Thai Kickboxing, also known as Thai Boxing, Muay Thai or Kickboxing. Muay Thai Kickboxing (MTKB) is the national sport of Thailand. This sport includes kicking, punching, elbow and knee strikes. Muay Thai is one of the best sports for physical conditioning and can consume up to 800 calories in a single one-hour work out.

MTKB students learn striking, defense and clinching. Cardiovascular conditioning, timing and body mechanics are strongly emphasized. Muay Thai Kickboxing is an excellent program whether your goal is to gain some practical self-defense skills or just to become fit.
